What excites me about jewellery are the boundaries that exist within the concept of jewellery.
What does an object or simply something need or doesn’t need to be called jewellery?
Does it have to be wearable, beautiful, everlasting or made of precious materials,...?
Within my work I love to challenge these practical and conceptual boundaries
and therefore question the common concept of jewellery.
